Learning to play and connect with the Gong

For eons sound and music have been used by humankind, for connecting with each other, sacred rituals and healing practices. The Gong holds a special place in this process. Used ceremonially and in healing practices since hundreds of years.

The richness of tones and overtones of the Gong allow us to enter into deep meditative states, by opening communication channels between the conscious, subconscious and superconscious. Learning the Gong means mastering the self, in order to be of service to others

While looking at it from the outside, playing the gong may look simple, but it is a beautiful practice that it is as much about playing an instrument as it is entering the state of turiya, pure consciousness, so as to transmit the highest possible vibration through the Gong.

One of the essential teachings of the Gong is sharing this knowledge, and it is with humbleness and joy and I have developed this journey to share in Brussels and beyond, based on the wonderful teachings of Don Conreaux.

This Journey is divided in 4 weekends which will take place during 2020-2021
