- Handheld strokes

- Shamanic trance in gong playing

- Principles of the Gong Bath

- Mudras and Pranayama

- Basic notions of MEM Gong Yoga

There will be ample opportunity to play in a wide variety of gongs. One gong will be made available for each 2 students. For this reason and in order to keep the maximum amount of interaction and feedback, the maximum amount of students accepted will be 10.
